The dentist is very gentle, and I have had a phobia with dentists since I was a child. I have not only had fillings put in but also went through 2 extractions by Dr Jimenez a full cleaning and oral surgery requiring Lasor treatment and she has been very sympathetic to my needs and listens to me when I need a break due to need of more novacaine or need of a mouth rinse and her assistant is always prepared to put ointment on my lips to keep them from getting dry or splitting during the treatments. *that is something no other dentist has ever done. the office is relaxing the staff is very friendly, they help with insurance and payment planning, and best of all there is no worries about where to park because there is free parking behind the building. If I forget to brush up before I get there they hand me a toothbrush with a smile, and I feel less self conscious, and they even give me that reminder call the day before my appointments because they know how hectic life gets! Best of all is that Dr Jimenez doesn't just do regular dental but also does a wide range of cosmetic dental including orthodontics, root canals, extractions, teeth whitening and crowns, so you don't have to have several dentists working on your one mouth. I am very happy with my dentist and I wont go to anyone else. I would reccommend her to anyone that is in need of a dentist!!
