Not long ago the drummer on a gig told me I should go to his dentist. “You’ve got to see Tony!!” So I visited Dr.Dioguardi for the first time in November of 2013 after a long absence from seeing any dentist. I was not hopeful ! Before the visit was over, I felt encouraged that my teeth could be helped back to health. This was due to Tony’s positive and upbeat investigation of my dental situation. (It wasn’t horrible but was questionable) (Actually, it was pretty bad.) He, and his staff, worked hard and brought my teeth back to life through extensive cleaning and repair. There were lost fillings and some chipping to deal with on top of it all. And a 40 year old crown that was starting to look like, well, bad. Tony replaced it with a new crown that looks like it’s been there all along. It feels great to smile “big” again !! And the office staff are wonderful in their ability to help you with your insurance needs.
I am SO pleased with the help I got from Dr. Dioguardi and his incredible staff. Professional, precise, caring in an atmosphere that says “Relax! You’re safe here”

My experience with Dr. Dioguardi, had all begun when a tooth of mine had become terribly infected thanks to a previous dentist. To say the least, I was not only in great pain, but I was highly skeptical of what my experience was going to be like. Dr. Dioguardi immediately put me at ease with his knowledge, thoughtfulness, and kindness. His staff pulled some strings in the schedule to get me into the chair for an emergency root canal, and their eagerness and intensity made me feel incredibly cared about. I had talked to a few friends of mine prior to going in, and they all said it was going to be a nightmare; but in my case, it was really not that bad. Dr. Dioguardi was collected and precise, talked me through the whole process, and made sure I was numb and pain free; he could empathize for me, and it was an invaluable trait considering the pain I was in. He was efficient and diligent throughout the procedure (I don't know how all the mechanics worked, but he seemed to understand them with great authority, and expertise.) What was more, was that he made sure to split the visits of my root canal in order to do a greater job and make sure something like this doesn't happen again. That level of foresight and emphasis on prevention is what a great doctor in my opinion embodies. I am now looking forward to seeing Dr. Dioguardi, (or rather Tony, as I have come to consider him a friend) for regular checkups, and wether or not you are looking for emergency work, cosmetic, or just a family doctor, I implore you to look no further, this individual and the practice as a whole are all top notch.
