Never ever go to this place. I went to this place to have dental cleaninng and they told me that my insurance will cover up everything and later they charged me. I called them several times but they didn’t respond me as well. I switched other dental service for cleaning this days who gives me pre dental rates that my insurance covers. Aspen dental must take action with such poor service.

They were very nice, friendly. As soon as you come in you feel welcome.

I came to Aspen frustrated and in pain. I have a lot of dental work- mostly done w. my not super clear understanding of procedures- that was the frustration- and the pain was from a recent wisdom tooth extraction giving me issues.
Everyone at Aspen was very kind- from the x-ray tech, to the actual dentist, even the person doing the billing. Dr. Park took a lot of time to explain to me what he thought I needed- which I appreciated.
Now the bad side- when they tell you you owe 20 dollars and you get a bill for 100.
Feel like I was totally taken advantage of- let's get the crying in pain woman in here and have her think she doesn't owe money and bill her.
So clearly breakdown of charges is bs.
These are scam artists- they do not care about patients- they care about money. DO NOT GO HERE!

Total bait and switch operation! They lure you in with low exam prices and when you decline there $1,000 plus "deep cleaning" the refuse to do a standard cleaning!! Keep in mind this procedure was recommended/demanded prior to being seen by the actual dentist. RIPOFF ALARM!!

I was hesitant about finding a dentist via the Internet. Without insurance I was limited in what procedures I could do or where I could go. So after reading Aspen dentals web site and reading the only site willing to list a general price chart, I made an appointment.
I can now admit it was the wisest decision I have ever made. Everyone in the office, that I encountered were professional,polite and very patient. Most of the procedures they recommended I already knew I needed. But they understood my financial situation and took care of my present needs with just as much concern and urgency. So I am pleased with this office, dentist and choice I made.
And I definitely will return
