My therapist is an absolutely lovely woman but the psychiatrists, namely Dr. Pettiford, are terrible. She does not take into consideration what you want or need. We are all only numbers to her. She is judgemental towards her patients, as if she is looking down on us. It's her way only, or find someone else to go to. It's very sad. She's supposed to help, not be part of the problem.

The staff here is awful. They schedule appointments that they don't even remember. Front desk is rude and dismissive to people. Drove from woodbridge to Hamden just to find out there's no appointment in the system. It's just a horrible place. Stay away far away. Look for something better. Shame on them.

Dr. Aversa is avaricious and dismissive. The office is run by a difficult and dismissive staff. Stay away. Spend your time and money someplace else.
