The office manager never returns calls, or answers the phone. This was My Moms Primary I only needed papers filled in and signed for my Mom to move into an Assisted Living facility, The office manager lied to me, told me no problem, they were already to fax back, the facility never received them My sister had to go to the office in person 2 weeks later and they didn't even have the paperwork!
