If I could give zero stars I would. My infant daughter came in tonight barely able to breathe due to coughing non stop. After a 2 hour wait, we were finally called to the back to be placed in a room to wait some more. I guess her extreme coughing was disturbing others. I would have made it back to NY and had her seen in less time

so far i arrived around 6:36 for my son's sleep study at 7 they made it seem that as soon as you pop up they are gonna start the process for the sleep study ..it is 6:53 and they keep telling me i have to wait for the doors to open and my 4 year old is restless and whining :((

Brought my daughter for a sensitive test here. They had no record of her appointment, although i had multiple phone calls and emails with their team about it, and the prep instructions. We waited two hours while they got their act together. We then waited 45 minutes for a doctor scheduled procedure, while my daughter cried in pain. The next 45 minutes of the procedure, which was only supposed to have "slight discomfort" i watched my daughter scream in pain for 45 minutes. No one in the room seemed to even know what to do. It was a bizarre and horrible experience. To create an environment with bright painted walls, clowns walking around, child specialists--yet to miss on the major important stuff like being on time so a child doesn't have to unnecessarily suffer-- seems bizarre. I would never want another loved on there.
