My parents purchased a policy in my name when I was a child. At 61 years old, I now discover the money in the account was removed by an unauthorized third party 30 years ago, and KOC has been charging interest against this account for the last 30 years without notifying me. On top of it, they just sent me a 1099 tax form as if this account was earning interest for me. I've never been successful at getting anyone to resolve this. All they do is keep our family money that was put into this account, and charge me interest on something they will never provide to me. Catholics? No way. More like a bunch of crooks.

Not sure how to review this... All Catholic men should join the Knights of Columbus. The folks at HQ, with whom you will rarely interact, are really great people who believe in the mission of the Knights. Ask your local Grand Knight for more information.

A corrupt corporation, NO values! The agents cheat, lie, ruin peoples lives just to get ahead in their own lives. In the end we all get our day and these to corrupted agents will get their day.

Based on lack of response from the KofC Supreme Council and State Division I mailed my requests certified. No response was received so I called and was told it was never received. When I advised it was sent certified and we have the certification proof, they found part of the packet filed away. There had been no action. It appeared part of my request was started, but they had no idea who was working on it or what had been done. I have requested to speak to a manager several times, however my calls are not being returned. I would give them a rating of 0 if that were possible. In the meantime, I am sending a complaint through to the Better Business Bureau and seeking legal council.

I am extremely frustrated with the K of C's lack of response to my queries. All I get is voicemail and no one returns my calls. So disappointing.
