Not only are they rude and dismissive the assistant vice president customer service manager Clarence Ashe would rather give you a false customer service number then do his job.

For a branch with so many awards displayed I don't understand why they have them. They often ask too many invasive questions while doing your banking. A simple transaction ends up taking far too long. Also, do not take any unsolicited advice from the branch vice president Scott Zimmerman. Many have complained that he gives false tax and financial advice. And finally, the majority who work in that branch don't seem too friendly with people of color. Unless you appear as though you live in the suburbs, be prepared to be treated in an untrusting manner.
