Would give Mr. DJ (Scott) zero stars if I could, but I guess that's not an option.
Between violating our contract (we paid for two DJs, only one showed up), arriving late because he had no idea where our venue was (although insisted at our meeting that he'd been to our venue several times), having technical issues with his equipment all night long, and ruining our first dance because no one could hear the song, I would not recommend this DJ to ANYONE. During our reception, our venue was moments away from calling a back-up DJ to take over-- it was that bad.
Was the worst aspect of our wedding, and unfortnuately many of our guests had the comment "except for your DJ, everything else was great." Not what you want to hear about the most important day of your life.
I had to come on and write this review-- we were married almost 2 months ago, and right after the wedding Scott agreed to give us a partial refund because he admitted our wedding went so terribly. We are still waiting for some money back, so I had no choice but to try to warn others.
His business is a sinking ship (his reason for not giving us our money back yet are his financial problems), and if you book him for a wedding/party more than a couple months in advance, I'd be pretty worried he'll still be in business when your event actually happens. And good luck getting your deposit back.

We had Mr.Dj for our wedding reception on 7/24/2010 and they did a great job. We had Scott, he got involved with our family & guests. Everyone is still talking about the dj.
I would recommend Mr.Dj to everybody for your next party or wedding.
