My order was messed up and I spoke to the manager who said I would get a complimentary meal. When I returned the manager on that day said she could give me the meal but why would she give me 7$ worth of food for .20 when the only thing they messed up was the cheese. She told me they would give me the cheese or .20 back. Now I know that a complimentary meal doesn't sound like a complimentary piece of cheese and why would I drive back for that. After arguing with her for 5 min I told her where she could place that cheese before I pulled off. She was extremely rude and tried to play me. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this location for horrible service.

Here now for breakfast with hubby..our food is Hot, fresh an delicious. Very good customer service and the eat in part is very clean and well maintained.

So this is another reason why I don't rock with BK. I decided to stop by this place this morning for some fast breakfast. Unfortunately, they was closed, it is 8:30 in the morning. Why in the hell are you guys closed?

What Burger King need to do is hire some responsible individuals that will open up for them in the mornings. Just to let the record be clear. This is not the first incident where you all was closed early in the morning. For what? While I was there I saw at least 6 cars come in the parking lot, looking confused. What a waste​ of space on Dixwell Ave.

P.S. I will be contacting Burger King corporate office about this unmanageable and lack of honorable​ employees...
