Love their pizza, but won't be going back. Ordered 3 large pizzas on Saturday night to be delivered Sunday at 125pm. 2 hours later, there is a delivery guy standing at our door with the 3 large pizzas. I explained I had ordered them for the next day and showed him my confirmation. He was kind of snotty about it, but left with the pizzas. Sunday, I called right when they opened because I had to cancel as the company we were having could not make it, and we didn't need 3 large pizzas, I was informed that I had to call my bank to stop the payment from going through...Even though it says right on their website to contact them: "3. Payment and Refund Policy.
You agree that for each order you place through the service, you will be responsible for payment for the full cost of your order. Payment shall be made by those methods as made available and accepted by the restaurant. The Company is not responsible for full or partial refunds on purchases made through the service or related order fulfillment charges. The restaurant receiving the order has sole responsibility for responding to and resolving customer requests for refunds or credits. Please contact the restaurant directly for any issues regarding payments and refunds."
So they get my money even though I cancelled the order and I have to go through the hassle of calling my bank to get my money back. Never again. Will find a new place.

The best pizza ever! I prefer to have it in there, but I do order by delivery all the time.

The food and pizza are alright but what makes this place bad is who is running it. They overcharged me by almost $10 only to realize it was because the delivery driver helped himself to a nice tip. I tried to explain this nicely to the OWNER and she tried to justify it by saying they forgot to charge me a call in fee a delivery fee among a bunch of other lies. They don't value customers and they are unethical at best. Not a place that appreciates repeat business

This place is worth the visit. Food is great. Environment is warm and inviting. And the workers have great customer service skills. Definitely coming back here more often.
