Stopped here for a bite to eat after going to Ikea. The service was ok and the food tasted ok but both mine and my wife's meals were wrong, my wife didn't send hers back but I had to and when it came back the second time it was wrong again! At that point I just ate it. Probably won't go back!

Pleasantly surprised by how personable the staff is at this location. Bartender Gregory was awesome. Perfect personality, knowledgeable about his craft and great conversation!

This was my first time doing Chilli's To Go. It wasn't bad but the southwest egg rolls were cold. I literally live around the corner from this location and I arrived before my order was complete. Otherwise everything else was fine

We went to the Chili's in East Haven. The food was good. It was cooked the way we wanted it. Our waitress, Chelsea, was excellent. We always ask for her whenevee we go there. She takes good care of us whenever we go there.

We had dinner on September 16 our server was Justin. He was one of the most pleasant and fastest servers. Very polite even though we were a small party and he was dealing with larger parties he was on top of everything. A++ guy!
