Customer Service needs to improve i returned my Ice Creams and Drove to Froyo in North Haven thanks to the boujee young lady working this particular afternoon. I am a regular guest and my family and i will not be returning

Went here twice, both times the cookie dough
Blizzard I ordered was weird. It was just soft serve with cookie dough in it. The 2nd time I went, the cone I got was the ugliest I've ever seen. They didn't even try.

I came in tonight with my fiance because i wanted a waffle cone blizzard because the location i work for does not sell them. I ordered a medium cookie dough wsffle cone blizzard. All of the guys there no my fiance because they went to school together so they are talking and we drive off. When we get to my house in north haven i open the bsg snd thered a mini blizzard and no cone. I called the store and no one answered at 9:14 p.m. they close at 10p.m. usually we dont bother checking because they are good about things but after tonight im definitely checking, so should everyone else. Im furioud that they could not even pick up the phone
