Stumbled upon this place after an unpleasant welcome @ Puerto Vallarta. Walked into Wood-n-Tap and we were pleasantly greeted by 2 smiling people before we even walked to the bar area. The bartender super friendly as well and great personality. This place is all about service. Their late night Tappy hour is awesome as well. I go here at least once a week.
*when we were recently there and ordered bar chick and chicken was pink the server didn't even ask questions or argue. She just took it back and brought us a new order without any lip.

Excellent, semi-quiet, and homey feeling restaurant/bar. Great for kids, great for adults, and great for everyone in between. I highly recommend stopping by to visit Butch, the main/Head bartender. Great guy, excellent manners, and will make drinks with extreme precision and flavor. The customer service from the employees is all-around phenomenal.

Good food. Service good, very nice and do the job well. Prices are OK since the eats are good, but the drinks are fairly expensive, especially when it comes to regular domestic beer. Bathrooms were kinda nasty. Worth trying some interesting dishes, just don't drink a lot.

Ordered the Bison bites with sweet potato fries, wife ordered the veggie burger with the sweet potato also. Ordered a cup of New England clam chowder for a starter. The soup was overly salted. Both fries were burnt to a crisp. My bison burgers were cooked well done when I ordered them medium rare. Sent the burger back and they (two servers) gave me a speech about them not able to cook them medium rare because the meet is too lean. Maybe they should say this in the menu. After an eternity the get me the new Bison Bites and overcooked again. By then I wasn't hungry anymore and didn't want to wait another half hour for a new order. Terrible! This chain has gone down the tubes. It was a slow Sunday.
