Great location and service. Property is a little outdated but well kept and cleaned. India the front desk staff is a precious gem. I truly enjoyed the Lafayette Hotel and will stay again.

Nice lively place to stop for a drink. Hotel bar is well stocked. Bartenders are efficient and attentive. Nice atmosphere.

Our room was great. Love the original pieces of the hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great people here, including a manager who helped me sort out issues associated with a delayed flight. Other staff were friendly as well.
It's a great price point for the location.
The only thing is some rooms are close to the train so be aware of that if you're a light sleeper. The decor is also a bit dated, but that didn't bother me. It was clean and tidy.

These guys were absolutely amazing! They made our weekend perfect. When they found out it was my boyfriends birthday we were upgraded to the penthouse suite and they brought us up a bottle of champagne! We got engaged in this room and I'm sure it will always hold special memories for us. We have never been treated so well and it was very convenient to the French Quarter!
