In a fantastic location nearby canal St and the French quarter but hidden away from all the noise. Room was clean, comfortable and well serviced. The concierge was knowledgeable and friendly. A great breakfast can be had at the Ruby slipper cafe just downstairs. Upon arrival our booking was not in the system but was quickly resolved by the hotel manager. Wifi is also excellent

Great hotel located right on the edge on of the French Quarter. Beautiful, comfortable, full of helpful and kind staff. No parking on site, valet only. Plus, The Ruby Slipper is right next door!

Photos make the hotel look beautiful and classy. They lie.
First off, a smell permeated the entire building. We checked in and had no towels or hot water. The room had plywood on the ceiling and the bathrooms had stains over everything.
We finally got towels but no hot water for two days. Finally moved rooms. This room had roaches and a sink that does not drain.
Honestly, I am horribly unimpressed with this hotel. It has so much potential but was a huge letdown

The room was clean and the staff was nice, we even got to check in a little early, but we were right by the alleyway and you can hear everything! From the drunk people at 2am or the construction workers at 6am. Plus there's a weird little window at the top that let's in the street light even though it is shuttered closed. So make sure you pack ear plugs and an eye mask. Oh and the restaurant next door only serves breakfast and lunch. The picture below is the lovely view from our room :\

We had a great experience at the Pelham. We are very particular about hotels and we must say that this was a great choice. The rooms are clean. The beds are large and very comfortable. It is exactly as pictured. Definitely worth the price. It is about 5 minute walk to French Quarters/Bourbon Street and about 20 minute to Frenchman Street. The hotel is close to multiple restaurants, coffee shops and convenient stores. Would definitely stay here again!
