Smelled amazing as soon as I walked in, and every customer who walked in thereafter said the same! Server was super friendly and focused on my dietary restrictions. Ideal for vegan and GF folks, as well as carnivores. The broken noodle salad tasted just like pad thai!! Everything was delicious and impressive.

Lovely, fresh, innovative food that's a welcome change from the standard NOLA tourist food. Friendly service and good cocktails, too.

fresh, gluten free; delicious food. friendly, down to earth staff. when i’m feeling vegetarian / vegan , Carmo is one of my favorite options.

This is a great little find just a few blocks from the WWII museum. If you are looking for vegetarian and vegan options this is the place for you. All of food we ordered was delicious and they have an exotic assortment of fruit juices. Friendly service and nice ambience, Carmo is a great option for a dinner out.

My go to restaurant when I visit New Orleans! The staff is genuine, and warm, you feel like they are glad to host you. Seriously, I could go on, about how great the people are, but I don't want to underscore the quality of the food. Carmo features unique vegan and vegetarian friendly food at fair prices. The quality is amazing, the portions are ample, even the plating stands out. This place proves that as a customer, you don't have to make sacrifices if you want dine on vegan or vegetarian cuisine. To be clear, I've taken several friends here, all omnivores and all loved it. Please open a location in Baton Rouge!
