Love it love it love it. The Chef is profesdional. Also, the husband, Moncef, is the one taking care of everybody, he is the best! Keep up the good work.

Jamila's is phenomenal! Everything on the menu is exquisite, and Moncef, Jamila, and their staff do a fantastic job of serving wonderful food and an amazing dining experience. I highly recommend the bisque, the mussels, and the lamb tajine with saffron rice. Leave plenty of time for dinner here.

Chef Jamila and her husband are an excellent team providing a true taste of their flavors and hospitality that is beyond expectation. The crawfish bisque is not to be overlooked with crawfish in every bite. You will be wanting more! The Brik Vegetarian was tasty. Only critique was the serving was 1 piece. We are so glad to have found a place outside the city that many may overlook.

Such a great place... Where do I start? Family that owns it is so nice and welcoming. Food is delicious and setting perfect for special occasions. Come here if you want a smile on your face because of great people and delicious food.

I love love love Jamila's!!! It is 100% my favorite restaurant not only in New Orleans but anywhere. I try to go at least twice a year (not to much that it doesn't remain special & not to little). Last year I had my birthday dinner there & literally tell every tourist I meet that ask for suggestion to go there!! The restaurant is family owned & run, great ambiance, and the food as well as the service are both equally AMAZING!!! I can not say enough good things about Monsef & Jamila & the wonderful dinning experience they've created! It truly is an experience & if I could, I would give it more than 5 stars! Worth every penny & minute of time!
