2 of us were sat very quickly on a Sunday morning which seemed promising. Being our first time at Slim Goodies, we were very excited after reading the menu which contains many delicious and unique looking offerings. After watching the person who was assumably our server chit chat extra long with a table in the corner, the irritated looks on our face gave us away to another server passing by, who took pity on us and put in our order. Thus began the long long loooong wait for food. It was over 50 minutes from the time our drinks were served to the moment in which our hunger was too unbearable. Looking around at other tables who had been there before us and had yet to receive their food, we decided to let our server know we were leaving. When we walked in and let them know we were out due to the hour wait for food but would like to pay for our drinks, our server curtly informed us that an hour wait was normal and waived us off visibly annoyed. I wouldn't recommend it unless you bring a snack as most people who go to restaurants are already hungry and the incredibly long wait only increases such.

Food simplevand delicious. Courteous servers. There were 3 tables with diners. One table was already served. I had to wait so long for an omlette that I warned that I would have to cancel it if not brought. Quickly.

Great place, out of the way but worth the trip. Gluten Free food is out of this world. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. A must go stop to get away from the tourist traps.

I love this place. The food is consistently delicious. Slim Goodies is a greasy spoon with a twist: tasty combinations of ingredients make for a nourishing experience! There are many great veggie options, and the ambiance is comfortable. Most dishes are appropriate for hangover days, and Slim Goodies now accepts plastic.
