I work in the French Quarter and live nearby so I use cabs to get home most nights after work. I use United Cab exclusively now after a few strange experiences with other companies. The cabs are always clean and I have yet to have a driver that wasn't pleasant yet professional. The new app that they have had cemented my loyalty in this particular company.

Called them. Verified a pickup for a trip to the airport in the morning. Told him it was important we get picked up on time. Said it was arranged. Next morning.... NO SHOW and NO ONE would answer the phone. I called and called. After 30 minutes of waiting and calling I had to call another cab service. We were late getting to the airport. DO NOT CALL THESE FOLKS>
