I went to see comedy duo BriTANick perform an hour of improv. Theater was very clean and modern. The venue fits a good amount of people while keeping it still fairly intimate. I would recommend seeing UCB here.

I saw Joss Whedon and Mark Ruffalo here for the Tribeca Film Festival. Great space, and amazing interview! Both these gents are awesome, I can't wait to see what they do next.

Nice theatre venue with comfortable seating. Check out all their free film screenings throughout the year.

A great theatre which shows previews, guest Qs&As. Love being here in the comfortable clean AC. Well staffed and they have plenty of seats to view movies.
Been here for many events: and enjoy them. Great staff & venue.
