The catches are: the shows are revivals, the cast carry librettos, the accompany is an excellent pianist

I wanted to rent both The Studio and The Lion Theater. I had questions about the beta capa charge,which Erika the GM, told me was an extra charge for the theatre's insurance and that I would have to purchase my own insurance, I was confused by this and asked why I had to pay for both. I also asked how they broke down the utility bill and was there anyway to add the 4% cc fee per tix that they charge you, into the ticket price since they make it mandatory that they handle ticketing and charge .25 a tix, Erika immediately became defensive, and told me my show was too small for them and to pretty much go away. I asked her for a contact for her boss and she never responded. I have since checked the site and there are shows int here for a shorter period than I was looking for. If I owned this company and someone was chasing away business like that, I would want to know. She called my asking questions "playing games" I forgot about that. Here's the email

"Your lawyer is wrong and its not double dipping nor are we interested in negotiating.

We are going to pass on your show, it’s not worth our time to play these sorts of games on such a small rental.
