Every time I go It’s a pleasant experience, they treat you great, they actually listen to you to find out what the real problem is. The staff are very welcoming the place is always clean and neat. Just a comfortable atmosphere when your going through a not so comfortable situation. I always Choose to go there before anywhere else because I know They will take care of me!

The service was great. Quick and fast compare to other emergency room. The place is very clean and I felt comfortable with my baby girl.

THE FRONT END WAS OK BESIDES THE OLD LADY HAVING ME WAITING UNTIL SHE COMPLETED ANOTHER PHONE CALL😬THE DR EXPLAINED EVERYTHING BETTER THEN MY PRIMARY DR ☺I WAS MORE EDUCATED WHEN I LEFT .

My first visit to an urgent care facility and had a very pleasant experience. Wait time was minimal (at 10:30 on a weekday morning), the space was clean and welcoming. Entire staff was courteous and helpful. Saw Dr B who was knowledgeable, thorough and at the same time, efficient and has great bedside manner. Glad to know about this place and recommend it.

First time visiting this clinic. My daughter had an allergic reaction so we rushed to Modern MD because we live a couple of blocks from this location. The clinic is nicely decorated and very clean. The woman at the front desk was very professional and welcoming. By the time she finished checking us in we were called in by the nurse. The nurse was extremely nice and patient. She took her time to check my daughters vitals and asked all the necessary questions while taking notes. Dr. Rogers came in soon after and was extremely helpful and attentive to my baby. He explained the medical reason as to why this reaction might have happened. Although they were closing in an hour everyone took there time and we never felt rushed. Overall we had a great experience for such a nerve racking situation. Everyone was helpful and I would recommend this location to anyone who is having an non-ER emergency.
