Great hotel, great neighborhood. They overbooked the room that we rented and at first was giving us a hard time, but they figured everything out and upgraded our room.

First visit to New York. Lovely hotel, within walking distance of Times Square and Central Park. Our room had a great view, inc the Empire State Building. Friendly helpful staff. Thanks

We love this hotel. Parking is cheapest in NYC but you have to leave your car parked during your stay. Indoor rooftop pool has cool views. Rooms are nice and rates are reasonable. Location is just 3 blocks from Times Square.

Honestly, the room wasn’t too bad but I did not end up staying. I feel like I walked into another time period when I stepped into this hotel. It definitely felt like the 70s. We had a hard time with the room key and the lobby reeked of smoke. It looked like a murder mystery hotel 😩 Not my cup of tea, but if you’re looking to save a buck you may appreciate its lackluster presentation.

We were in New York for less than 48 hours, with a lot to see, so didn't spend much time in the hotel! The room was comfortable, and the facilities adequate for what we needed. Pity they don't provide tea or coffee makers in the rooms, but they will provide a kettle on request. Staff friendly and helpful.
