My experience with this insurance company has been terrible. Our policy was cancelled without notification and I called Marcus and he told me he never received any notice either and he would take care of it for me. He never called me back and when I called him he never took my calls or called me back. When I did get him on the phone he would say that he's working on it and would call me back and never called me back. Also, I kept emailing him without a response, finally, one day he responded and said no one would write me a policy. After receiving that message I made a phone call and got a policy written immediately. I have been calling and emailing him to let him know I received a letter from Workers Comp Board and I got a penalty of $11,500.00 for having no workers comp!
