Cory Greenbaum at Pearland Group was super courteous and professional. He was quick to correct an error in my policy. I feel the policy price given to me was fair in comparison to other companies and was patient to wait for me to provide the necessary documents to get me the lowest price. I would highly recommend it. I called other companies and they never replied or brushed me off the phone quickly as if they were too busy for my business. Cory was not like that at all, he was extremely careful in helping me and making sure I was satisfied with the transaction; which I am.

Horrible customer service...what's the point of having an email contact if you never reply!? Or a voicemail for that matter..smh. Huge disappointment.

Ok, all receptionist are rude with terrible accent. they don't pick up phone. But some people inside are good.

This is a company that will not answer your phone calls nor reply to your emails/messages.
All of the employees are miserable and hate their life and think they could speak to their customers in anyway... Especially Marcus and "Reynoso"...
The receptionist (young black lady: who I was told is a temporary employee) is a complete jerk (me trying my best not to curse)... And speaks like she’s from the projects.
I do not know why they hire these people..
Just Imagine when you actually need them during a time of crisis... They will not help and make your life easier... Save your time and money!!!
Big thanks to Richard and Max!!! They came to the rescue when their employees were not doing their job. Eric or whatever his name (or what I like to think of him: Useless) was just smiling, while Max and Richard took care of everything.
