This park is very family friendly, and offers picnic areas in the sun and shade. There are a lot of slides and play areas that are best for kids ages 3-10. There is also a large daisy-shaped sprinkler that is operated during the hotter months. The only downside is the fact that some of the kids equipment is old and some don't work as best as they can (see photograph of the blue whale that's attatched)

We take our toddlers to use the playground here. It is gated and the equipment is modern. The grounds are always clean and well maintained.
