Not very friendly. Not what you would want for your pet. Several dogs soiled and it was not clean. Price versus service is not what you would expect.

This place is unsafe for dogs. Loving the pictures on their website? Lulled into a sense of security and trust by their webcams? Ask for a tour! They won't give you one. Check the webcams! There are only 4 which isn't enough to cover the 13,000 square feet of space they boast of. They put upwards of 20 large dogs in a room without crates or partitioned safe spaces and they only have one person watching all those pups. If a fight breaks out, they put the dogs in a closet with the top part of the door sawed off (no cameras in there). If more than one fight breaks out, they put multiple dogs in one of the two closets at once (and who is watching them in there?!).
We had this place toured and reviewed by a certified trainer (after considerable discussion with the owner who did not want to let him back there - now we know why) and he was shocked and appalled by their unsafe practices.
Don't pay so much money for a place you don't even get to tour before paying hundreds of non-refundable money a month to care for your dog, but most importantly, don't send your dog to Fetch Club!

I have been a customer since you guys opened. I have seen the prices rice and the service go down.
On Sunday 19,2015 I experienced a horrible altercation with one of your groomers, I am still waiting to hear back from you guys. Hard to believe that as an owner you would not follow up this sort of thing. This guy has to be put on probation at the very least, If he treats humans the way he treated us, how is he treating the dogs?
You have lost a customer and the referrals that come with it.

Dropped my puppy off for day care and when I picked him up later he slept like a baby for hours. Now every time we walk by, he tries to drag me back in to play. The people there are very nice as well. I'll definitely use them again!
