This is an incredible playground though looks simple at the first glance. It is surrounded by rocks from one side and has direct bridge to them.
In the hot days they turn on the water that is running all over the playground and there is also a sand nearby. So kids have everything they love.

Went there around 10am. Not too busy. My daughter loved all the climbing structures, swings, slides, and tire swings. Would definitely go there again but early to avoid crowds.

I really love this playground but the last couple of times I brought my toddler to cool off in the 90 + degree weather all the YMCA STAFF had taken over the water area pushing and cursing and not allowing the other kids not in their group play or cool off.
It's sad when the adults who are supposed to show discipline to the children they are guarding are the ones who need to be disciplined. Of course call made to the park went unanswered. Such a shame. Will not be returning not risking my child's safety.

This is an amazingly designed playground. If you have little kids it's very difficult to sit and keep an eye on them you have to run with them. But for older kids who like to explore it's amazing. There is so much to keep them entertained - the regular play structures or the natural rocks that they can go rock climbing on!
2 things that bothered me as a parent - 1)there were not enough drinking water fountains and 2) you have to walk around the park to look for the garbage bins! Not nearly enough for that huge space.
