Fantastic little spot to sit and eat lunch during the week. A huge variety of locals and tourists come in here, so it's fun for people watching. The seats in the shade get filled up quickly on sunny days and you have to watch out for birds in the trees above. Bird poop on your lunch is no fun. You get the occasional smoker who doesn't realize they can't smoke in there, too. It is an official city park, so regular rules apply and are posted outside the gates in.

Great place to sit and people watch. Lots of foot traffic pass this park.
Note to self: This is one of the sites my father was photographed in 1956. The old Police Headquarters can be seen just Southwest of this park. Look down Cleveland Place.
