The best body scrub I have ever had! I have been to spas from Vegas to China and this was the best one I have been too!
The people where very friendly and brought a lot of good information to me about my skin type and tone.
I really liked being around everyone there because they all brought a really good energy to the space.

I'm a loyal bliss gal. I first heard of bliss from the W on Lakrshote over a decade ago. I've been hooked since. Their products are pleasant and the spa itself is beautiful. My manicures and pedicures are beautiful.

Big corporate spa. Lots of confusion. The wax was great but the rest of the expectation was not. They also charged my card for appointments I did not make. As much as six months out! They did remedy it every time but still very frustrating

Absolutely would not recommend. After spending well over $200 (gratuity included) on a facial intended on reducing redness and overall visibility, my skin looked much worse leaving than it did coming in. Their services advertise as almost instantaneous results, and the only thing I got was worse skin. It has been a few days since the facial, and my skin is still visibly irritated and red. Even the horrible experience aside, the spa amenities were just not up to par with the prices. If you're looking for a nice facial, you need to look for a new place. I do not trust any of the positive reviews here, and neither should you.

I had an amazing experience at the spa. I booked an appointment for Fabulous facial and included a mask within the facial which turned out to be a good choice, my aethetician was Beata and she was amazing!!!!! She had the softest touch with massage and taking out any blackhead that was on need to be taken out basis, which was perfect. She was very careful with my skin especially when i told her that my skin is sensitive.
I also booked a hot cream manicure with french polish and Galina was another amazing person I met. She did a super perfect job and I could not have been happier with both of my treatments. Will be coming back for additional services. Looking forward to more relaxing treatments.
