Comparing with other studios in the neighborhood, Ishta can offer so much more. The studio is very clean and spacious. Most importantly it NEVER smells bad! The Ishta method definitely let you explore your own state and potential, making your yoga practice a much more enjoyable experience rather than a weight loss boot camp. The all level class is very well lead by experienced masters. They make you feel the class is individually catered and focus on each person's needs. The scheduling and canceling is easy online. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful.
