I must say after knowing this place for many years i was pretty disappointed with their service. I brought myself plus 2 of my aunts for facials. The owner was working on my aunt and mom simultaneously. Not very comfortable if you ask my family. My facial was always interrupted and quick. I also brought another aunt who did waxing and a mani pedi but she said she was happy with her services. Then the owner (connie)who was denying was ....was mad that we each tipped $5 for a $45 facial. They had a groupon for a european facial and instead of purchasing it from groupon she honored the groupon price but also charged me the sales tax....groupon would of been $45 flat!!Im sorry but if we were happier we would of given them more. There are many spa places better...i will take my business elsewhere. To top it off she was also 10 min late and didnt even apologize. Super disappointed....

Great experience. Purchased a Groupon and definitely got money's worth. The only down side was the 30 min wait past our apt time and they only did the back and barley the front of our hour massages.

painful massage and very bad service. Most of them can't speak or don't understand English. And they have hidden service fee and minimum tip limit that they don't tell anyone until the end. my body still hurts from their massage.

I arrived to my appointment early, and was seated on-time. I have used iSpa for a variety of services, ranging from massage, to facials, and laser hair removal. The massages and facials are incredible, very relaxing and peaceful. The laser hair removal is highly recommended, and it's so much better than shaving. The staff is very professional, friendly, and attentive. Overall I have had nothing but great experiences here, and I will continue to comeback.
