This spa is so much bigger than it seems. They have three floors and a very extensive list of services. We had a girls spa day and everyone was pleased with their services. my massage was AMAZING! I am always disappointed when i ask for deep tissue and i never get the pressure i want. I had a petite therapist by the name of Angel and boy was she strong. she also managed to find every single knot in my body. The facials was great as well. My skin was super smooth and glowing after. The spa was so nice and treated us to a light lunch in the lounge. I finished my spa day with a great blowout. i will definitely be back on my own to try some of the other services. The only downside was the locker rooms which was on the small side but I’d rather sacrifice space for quality services any day.

A pure scam, they sell tons of vouchers on Gilt to fill the place. Avoid at any cost.

REALLY INCREDIBLE HAIR STYLIST HERE! I went to Kyrsta about a month ago by recommendation of a close friend, and i keep going back for all my hair needs!! she does the most amazing blowout- she gives my hair body i didn't even know it had AND it lasts. my hair looks just as good the day of my blowout as it does two days later. GO TO KRYSTA SHE IS AMAZING. she also is incredible with color, which i rarely trust many people with.

Was looking luxury, this was not what I thought. Not really high end like I was expecting. However, my massage was very good, I think it was an Asian style technique (not swedish). Locker area was small, no changing room, only 2 showers. Had Garnier Frutise shampoo, that you can buy in a CVS, in the shower. No mouth wash, no lounge waiting area. Front of building and front desk were high end, but the rest of the facility was disappointing. But again, my massage was good.

Not as luxurious as the photos on the website, despite the great location and nice changing room and steam rooms. Staff sometimes rushes through services, which is disappointing given the high prices.
