Amazing service. Lika took care of everything. Good advise when my letter from my employee wasn't quite right. Good communication on instructions on process as well as email and phone follow up. I paid for 5-7 day service but passport was ready within 48 hours. Would highly recommend!

Such a great option for a last minute trip. Went above and beyond and did everything they could to get me my passport. The workers are so sweet and very nice. Did I mention I got my passport two days before the date promised! AWESOME!!!

Went in last Wednesday, got my passport today--6 days ahead of schedule. Lovely people in office too! Definitely recommend. (PS my partner says they took the best passport photo she's ever seen.)

I had a super great experience with Rush Passport this week when I realized I'd lost my passport one week before a trip to Europe. The staff were kind and great about lightening the mood even in the midst of my emotional melt down, and they made sure to check every application detail with me to make sure the process would move forward seamlessly.

I'm now the proud owner of a new passport (featuring a pic that makes me look like the lady Jason Bourne. Thanks guy who took my photo! lol) with two days to spare before my trip. An expensive mistake to have made, but would 1000% recommend Rush Passport in the event you have a travel emergency.
