This place was not easy to find, and is labeled as a JCB office. But the staff are nice and I was able to get what I needed very quickly.

A bit difficult to find. Have to go through building security before going up to the 3rd floor and then need to be buzzed into the actual suite. Once you go through all of that it is great. Staff are courteous and friendly and very helpful

This is a good place if you want to go and pick up a JR Pass on your upcoming trip to Japan. They accept all credit cards and you can get a pass by walking in and waiting for 15 minutes. The staff is friendly and if I ever need to buy a pass again I'll definitely go ahead and drop by.
