I came here to file my tax for the first time and everything was fine. I wrote down my name in waiting list roster and waited for my turn! I thought it would be fast because there were literally three people and 4-5 accountants that present time, but after couple of minutes passed by, everybody worker stopped their work and took the lunch break at the same time damn time! I mean who does this in a professional setting. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I was referred by a friend to this location . First they asked how I found the place and then they asked if the people who referred me were Bengali. I didn't understand why it mattered where I was from. The man kazi who runs the place folded my papers and asked me to leave. Is this place only Bengali Accountaning ?, if so they are racist and I would never recommend anyone going to this place. He declined to answer why he didn't want to proceed to file my taxes. He said to go back to my previous accountant and file my tax there and that he didn't need to service me because he already had enough established clients. RACIST!!

I don't recommend their services at all. Worst experience in my life with them. They don't offer a professional service to their clients, do not address people's concerns in a professional manner. They get annoyed if you ask questions. They scramble for money instead of serving their clients. The fees are way higher than other agencies. I will never go to their agency and won't recommend anyone in the future. Stay away from them and save your life.
I will continue to give bad reviews until Kakatua gets 0 customer from my neighbor.

This place without a doubt is a great place to file your taxes. I have been their client for a while now and never was I disappointed with their service. They thoroughly explain what steps are being taken and how it will benefit me or harm me (if any). Their rate of fee is very convenient and affordable as they work with you. during tax season it is packed and yet they have no sign of frustration in their faces nor are they in a hurry to leave to get home. If it takes them till 12 AM to get your submissions in on time, they stay till 12 AM to make sure all files are submitted and that too without any mistakes. I would recommend this place to other future customers because its an office where their workers know what their doing and care about what their customers want and need.

First off, this is one of those incredible family owned businesses with great customer service. Every year during tax season, their office is packed, and they still take the time to answer all of my stupid questions, the same ones I asked the year before.
On top of that, they care so much about their customers, they charge you a fair rate dependent on the hours it takes for them to meet your specific needs, and sometimes dependent on low-income, you'll get significant deals. Taxes aren't one size fits all. Ask any of their customers that have been coming to them for 20 years, there is a reason they're doing so well, it's their level of care. You don't get that anywhere else.
