Best ride ever- The staff were so helpful. I forgot my sunglasses after the ride and a gentleman Quentin went and found them for me- Friendliest team of people I met in NYC

Booked a flight online before we returned to the Big Apple. Easy to book and arrange for the time we wanted. Easy check in and pre flight communications. Pilot was great along with the ground staff. Really enjoyable experience and would do again and highly recommend.

Booked online prior to trip. Arrived approx 45mins early (due to light traffic) we would've preferred to wait until our chosen time but we're moved forward, when we stated we'd prefer to wait were told times money & they want every seat filled.
No issues regarding safety that was good.
Very tall West Indian gentlemen was great he walked us to the helicopter & took the photos he was very kind.
If you are luckily enough to be seated on the opposite side to the pilot your view will be much better. As the pilot went slowly & low past the statue of liberty on the right side. However due to the people of the right plus gentlemen in the middle we couldn't take any photos then the pilot turned around for another fly past but raised the helicopter so our view was looking down on the top. This was the story for the entire trip, slowly went up the Hudson, came back faster therefore anyone on the left behind the pilot has restricted view.
I also ordered & paid online for 2 photos. When I went to collect it the lady tried to charge me again, when I explained I'd prepaid she was reluctant to believe me & became a little stroppy, her colleague then stepped in checked the system & saw that I had paid. That was an unnecessary & awkward situation which shouldnt have happened. I have flown in helicopters before in other countries & the pilot has always ensured passengers on both side have the same opportunity to see & take photos sadly this wasn't the case with our liberty pilot.

Surprise trip for my wife on our 5th anniversary, the views were fantastic and the pilot did a fantastic job pointing out the obvious and the obscure. Don't be put off by the price, worth every penny.

I just want to take a moment to praise the whole team. We took the tour as a party of 4, myself and wife along with our two children. One is only 16 months old and we wouldn't have taken him if we had another option. Anyway, as soon as the life vest was placed on the baby, he decided to have a real tantrum but the staff were brilliant, they gave us as much time as we needed to settle the little one and we're generally amazing all round. When we finally settled him, they got us on another tour within 30 minutes, giving our 7 year old daughter prime seat next to the pilot, who was also was spot on!
If you're contemplating doing this, I would highly recommend it. Thank you to everybody at the pier yesterday, we all had an amazing helicopter tour!
