Wow what a great experience, unfortunately the weather wasn't the best for our trip but still really enjoyed the ride. Staff were friendly and helpful, we bought the USB with our photos $35 which was fine, left them $50 which I figured covered the tip too.

Great Experience!
I booked last minute. Like 10 hours in advance and it was a breeze! I went on this tour alone so i got to ride up front with the pilot. What a friendly guy! We even took a selfie together. I had and amazing experience. Very informative tour as well. Even though it was only 15 minutes it felt longer because of all the information he shared. I would definitely go back!
Oh! And the staff also take photos of each passenger in front of the helicopter! I thought was a nice touch. And nothing was ever rushed.
Just a tip. Get familiar with the area where the heliport terminal is before you book so you dont get lost or late for your reservation.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had! First of all, this company is very well organized and has a wonderful and friendly staff. The pilot was extremely knowledgeable and flew the helicopter so expertly that I felt completely safe. I feel lucky and fortunate to have sat up front with him. Of course, the aerial views of Manhattan were spectacularly breathtaking. The entire experience was awesome.

Six of us did the 25 minute grand helicopter tour, $2130 USD. This was my first time in helicopter, the rest of the group said other experiences had been better. I was frustrated with the experience before getting into helicopter. This company and several others share a small space at the downtown heliport. The small space was packed with tourists doing different tours, all of us waiting for our turn. We were told to arrive an hour early. This was an hour of being shuffled around like cattle with other tourists. It was confusing and put a damper on what we thought would be a special experience. Once in the helicopter, our pilot was polite and knowledgeable but took away from the magic by explaining he did this routine like 400 times a month and was a bit bored with it and wanted to quit. Based on the experience, I don't think the problem is the company. I think you will get a similar experience with all companies at this heliport. Take a helicopter ride in another city. New York is not the place.
