Best burger and fries I had all week. But the staff were rude and on their phones. All of them. In the corner on their phones.

My fiance and I went to celebrate her birthday. We were greeted by an exhausted server "Hi ladies", even though I'm a man. The appetizer was not put into the system and never arrived. Music was blaring loud.
Halfway through the meal our server informed us he was leaving and a new one was taking over. No one ever arrived. There were about a dozen employees mingling and talking near the bar but no one ever came over. Apparently there is a shift supervisor AND a manager, but no one took responsibility for the poor service. Food was only mediocre. Horrible experience, will not return.

The live music is ridiculously loud. You cannot have a conversation with the person next you . Drinks are made with the least amount of alcohol possible. I ordered an Old Fashion and the wife ordered a Bellini ( hers was a 12 dollar Icee , mine was bitters and soda water). I would suggest walking down the street for a relaxing drink if you stay at the Hilton ( which is a great hotel , by the way)
