Wondering if some of these bad experiences are for Jill Rowland, who shut down her own practice because of complaints and now does her shoddy dental work here

I was always afraid to go to the dentist, but after my first visit to Alliance Dentist, that fear changed. Amazed with the treatment I always receive in my visits. Dr Gaskin is always very patient and funny, not only Dr Gaskin is all the team that works with him.
I recommend them for all your dental needs.

They are know good and the people that work for like there manger she suck there liers and they do not do good dental work. Alliance administrator called me back to cancel my appointment because they we're wrong on how I was treated and there workers not doing there job i advise know one to go here they do not know how to treat people all she had to do is say I'm sorry for what happened but I will have a talk with my staff to get better know she says it was my fault SMH crazy this is so ghetto never again so anyone that read this do not go to Alliance family dental they suck.

BEWARE!!!!!!! I was there for a cleaning. First time there. I had Julie clean my teeth, my mouth was sore for a week after as well as the fact that she was rude and condescending. Worst experience I've ever had and I go every 6 months. Then had a black dentist that looked like Erkle to check my teeth and he was arrogant and not very friendly. Also, an older blonde lady at the front desk was the rudest ever and didn't even look at me in eye when speaking to me. Never called me by my name when addressing my presence. Never returning!!!!! Beware!!!!

I used to really hate visiting the dentist. Dr. Ian Gaskin put me at ease immediately. He was patient, warm and is very funny. I have had to have a lot of work done because of my not wanting to go to the dentist, but this place is very different. Even though I am on Medicaid, they don't treat me like just a cash cow, they try and explore every option before extracting a tooth. I highly recommend this place and I can't wait for my son's first dental visit, because I know he will be in good hands.
