The office is very clean and friendly, I really enjoyed the staff working there. Everyone at North Town Dentistry is very personable and amazing. Would recommend this office to everyone.

I had a tooth extraction on Sunday, by Dr. Deepa Sharma (Guru Nanak Dev University, India 1998 / Boston University, United States 2009) and everything went fine, I was very glad she was able to get the tooth out and make my pain go away due to the exposed nerve. Other than that, I received a call today from her (the call was recorded) she said verbatim, "It (my insurance claim) has been sent out the following day, on Monday (1 day later). It just depends on how long it takes the insurance company to receive and process the claim so they will send you your money." ~30 Minutes later, I check my mail, and guess what I've received, the same EXACT copy that she made on Sunday (the staple was even in the same exact place with my debit receipt on it). So she lied about sending out my insurance, I called and confirmed it with my insurance that they have not received any e-claims, and they obviously haven't received the claim she said she sent out, because it's in my hands right now... If she can lie about things like this... I'm glad I didn't pay in cash or I probably wouldn't have received anything. On Sunday after the extraction was done, she asked if I wanted to send it out or she could, as I have never sent one out before I kindly asked her to, she said "No problem it will be sent out tomorrow". So #1, she didn't send it out Monday, she must have kept it for at least 6 days after, however the envelope did not have any stamps on it, meaning, she either got someone or, drove to my house and put it in my mailbox (most likely she got someone else to bring it to my house, which is very creepy, the same day she called (today, when she said she sent it to the insurance company) literally 45 minutes before I got the mail, to request I not be a patient there, because of my bad review. Don't get on her bad side she is obviously a very manipulative person. Not to mention when I asked to get my tooth extracted she said "We can save it (with a root canal)", even after telling her I did not want a root canal and explained why, she still opted that I get a root canal, now if anyone knows anything about teeth (I talked to another credible dentist to get this information) the dentist I talked to said, "I would never do a root canal on a back top molar, due to it being so close to your nasal cavity you would want to get a specialist/surgeon to do it." Be careful.
