Oakes Garden Theatre

Oakes Garden Theatre is the most beautiful park in Niagara Falls and situated close to all important attractions. The architecture is stunning, the plants and trees are carefully taken care of and the view of the falls is splendid.

It's a beautiful place but not wheelchair or stroller friendly. They just did some construction recently and paved some of the loose stone area but unfortunately did not add any ramps to get there.

A peaceful oasis in the centre of a very noisy tourist area. Don't miss the garden behind the amphitheatre area.

We first saw this place in 2007 while on the bus and couldn't resist getting off to check it out. Not too much to say about it. It's a peaceful, accessible place to escape the Niagara crowds. Beautiful gardens and classic structures.
