The person placed to work the drive through needs to be competent and understanding. It's not rocket science. Listening skills are a must. Also, when you can't clearly hear someone speaking use "pardon" instead of the 15 time you continued to say "what" - understand simple English will benefit. - manager had to jump in to take the order after numerous attempts as I showing the complete frustration in my voice. Something so routine and simple turned out to be a project at this location. Let alone having waited 25 min in line with only 3 cars in front of me. Never again.

I wish that I had read other reviews before coming here! Worst Harvey's that i've been to in my entire life for as long that I can remember. My swiss mushroom melt angus burger WASN'T cooked at all and seemed like it might of had been partially cooked hours earlier around dinner time.

Very nice as we came in really close to closing time, roughly 9pm-9:30pm. Staff was very nice. The shake machine had been closed for the night for cleaning which was unfortunate. And believe more of the cooking machines were being closed down too as they had to prepare everything for us, even the fries. All in all though very happy to have stopped there for a quick bite after touristing about.

Really hard to give even a 1 star. The girl at the counter not at all experienced. Lot of things to tell about so let me name a few. What does it mean to have everything on the burger? The lady started putting all the sauces first lol. I had to stop her by telling I meant all the vegetables. After which she just put only small portions of everything. To sum it up, the sauce was put on top of everything instead of the burger. Someone needs to teach her how to make one. The lady at the cash could not edit our order cause she said she cannot once she totalled it
