Staff was Fantastic! We had no idea what to do or how to get there and in minutes we were on our way to a self guided tour of all things Niagra Falls. Not to mention the absolutely incredible falls themselves. THANK YOU REBECCA! your instructions were spot on!

Great facility! Very clean! I appreciated the free wifi because my data was very spotty in the area and my carrier was beginning to charge me for international data when I walked too close to the Canadian border.

I appreciated the baggage hold. Very convenient for travelers with an early flight whose hotel or Airbnb rooms are not available yet. The Visitor Center charges only $5 for up to 5 bags for the whole day which is a fantastic deal! I was able to take the trolley from the Niagara Falls Airport (not the Buffalo Airport) to the Visitor Center for just $2.

Dawn at the Visitor Center was extremely kind and helpful in getting me the information that I needed. Thanks for your great service!

Great facilities even with all of the renovations around the area. Only makes it better in the end. Loved visiting the falls! Stationed here in NY so I had to come and check this off of the bucket list. Everyone had a great time!
