DO NOT book through this tour company. Although the prices are right there is no real value behind what you pay. My boyfriend and I are local and decided to treat ourselves to a tour since we normally just visit wineries for tastings, and it was our anniversary. First the whole tour changed last minute so that we weren't getting a tour at all. We sampled at fourty creek, went to a farm and sat in a farmhouse for a tasting and then to the magnotta retail store...it was not even a real winery. We were supposed to stop lastly at flat rock but the bus broke down so we ended up sitting on a freezing cold bus for over an hour waiting for "cabs" to take us back to the pick up. The cab was not a cab at all it was a mini van that looked like maybe it used to have a meter in it but no longer did. The van was filled with smoke so much so we could barely breathe and the driver almost killed us (likely why he no longer has a cab license). To top it all off Niagara Fun Tours will not refund us our money. They charged us half of the regular rate when we had a Groupon and they should have charged us half of that rate if anything at all!!! We bought a bottle at each stop so our tastings would have been free so the company charged us for a bus ride the resulted in us sitting on the bus broken down for as long as we were actually driving on it. You are better off to drive yourself to a couple nice wineries in Niagara region and get free tastings when you purchase a bottle -- then take a cab home if needed (you will save money, move at your own pace, get a more intimate experience and not run the risk of wasting your whole day touring with a company that obviously doesnt care about their patrons or want any return business)

It was a wonderful carefree day-trip. The receiving hosts were very welcoming and informative.. and I can't say enough about our driver/tour guide Joe.. funny guy :)

The wineries were great and it was our group of people that made this trip.
Unfortunately the driver was extremely unprofessional, rude and abrasive. He swore repeatedly at members in our party, he left us at two different locations to pick up McDonald's and then pick up his vape??? While he left our last location- there were some bottles of wine on seats that had been opened as we were expecting to have our bus wait for us. That wasn't the case and he peeled out of there to get his vape from another location. Upon his return to get us, as we were all outside waiting and wondering where our bus was- he told all of us to shut up and informed us he went through all of our stuff and threw items away.
We ended up cancelling our last stop because he was so confrontational and disrespectful AFTER we gave him a very generous tip he did not deserve.
Once we got to the drop off location he told everyone to get the f*** off his bus and he didn't care what anyone said because his father owns the company.
I have never ever experienced anything like this in my life. It really ruined our experience and I truly hope he is dealt with accordingly. Completely inappropriate and absolutely out of line. I really have no desire to book with this company again.

I took the fun tour on my birthday September 22 of this year, 2017, And Joe made it a day to remember!!!!! He made the entire bus laugh n gave great information while traveling to the wineries about the different vineyards. I will definitely recommend taking this tour if you are planning a trip to Niagara falls, canada.

Bought tickets as a gift for my mother in law for mothers day and went with her and my sister in law. We had a blast! Our driver was Tyler and he was fantastic. He was fun, kind, on time, gave us lots at time at all of the stops, got us to our destinations safely AND I forgot my hat on the bus and he ran out to my car to bring it to me. THANKS TYLER!! We did the cider, wine and beer half day tour. The facilities were great with the exception of Taps. We didn't really learn anything about how the beer was brewed or what they were serving us. Our only complaint about the tour was that we were STARVING by the time we got to Taps. We had breakfast right before we left but the whole tour was petering. I think we would have enjoyed the tour slightly more had we had lunch around noon as oppose to 2:30. Overall I would recommend this tour to friends and family. We had a great time and experience in relation to the price we paid.
