James Stubbs review is on point. Had the same experience at Va Bch location. I expect to get the same answer to my review. Return policy on receipt is not correct? Really? even though my defective vape unit was returned in less than a week. I got a replacement after owner had to unwillingly comply. Owner can go and post some lie on here but two customers with the same story and same business owner... Alternative Facts my friends, do business elsewhere.

The owner's response to my previous review is a lie. I bought the kit on September 24th and it was within one week that I called and went into the store. Your employees were rude and when they called you, you were even worse. It doesn't matter how lengthy your return policy is. It is state law that if it's not posted in the store or on the merchandise when the customer receives it you have to exchange or refund from 20 days out. I am well within the 20 days out and it had been less than a week the 1st time I went into the store. I don't understand where you're coming from saying my hostility towards your employees. I was nothing less than a decent customer expecting the service a normal business would provide. Your employs became rude and when they call you it was easy to see where they get their business Etiquette from. I have been into your store 3 times there's no reason for me to come back and discuss it with you. You have shown with your responses clearly. Losing $70 is not a big deal to me. If that's the way you're going to Conduct your business you deserve the reviews I'm leaving. I Left , the same exact one on Yelp . And I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The law is the law and you don't get the privilige to disregard. Cheers.

great vape shop wide selection of juices at the juice bar, great place to hangout and kill some time whether it be at the pool table,massage chairs or just trying juices. they always have something on the tvs. the only complaint I have is that it seems that everytime I'm there they never seem to have a lot of 0nic ejuices. but overall great shop.

This is the only physical vape shop my husband shops at. Everytime we come in we're always acknowledged and everyone is always super nice and knowledgeable from the batteries to the e-liquid if you haven't came here you should definitely visit.
