I reserved a truck rental to pick up at 8am on 10/21. I received confirmation of the reservation and arranged to have moving help at my house at 9am. When I arrived to pick up the rental the boy behind the counter claimed they just found out that the inventory was unavailable. He wrote down an address for a different location further away where he had transferred my reservation. I am fairly certain this gentleman doesn’t value his job or having return customers because he was rude, arrogant, and basically shrugged his shoulders at me acting like it was inconveniencing him that I bothered to show up that morning.
Needless to say, we left and headed toward the alternative location. The person working at that location informed us that although they had transferred my reservation they did not have a truck available. Apparently the boy transferred us to the wrong location.
It took nearly two hours to pick up a truck from over 15miles further away than my original reservation. Not only did this cost my additional mileage and time, but it delayed the start of moving and everyone who I had scheduled to be at my house.
I can understand that sometimes things happen; however, don’t waste your time with this location. If they are willing to staff their desk with someone who doesn’t care about their customers then they clearly don’t care either.

Don’t drop your car off after hours unless you want to get run over by the idiot budget workers taking joy rides in the parking lot.

Absolutely Horrible!!! Customer Service is non existent!!! Manager on Duty has a horrible disposition !! I made a reservation I was told they dnt have cars available..They refused to put me in another car truck etc. I took a Lyft here I was told there's nothing we can do for u go to the airport!!! I asked for another manager I was told oh well we have to take the days prior reservations!! This company is horrible I see why people prefer Enterprise!!! I'm not leaving so we will see what they will do!!

This place was the best! I have strict corporate limits, and Joe went out of his way to help me get under the amount necessary to have my work pay 100% of my car rental. Joe was awesome in working through the limitations, and ended up helping me save over 55% off what I was being quoted everywhere else. I don't understand other reviews stating to go to the airport - they wouldn't have helped me out this much, and would tack on at least $35 in fees without me even getting on or off a flight!
Seriously - ask for Joe and you'll be super happy with the experience. If you read this and don't - your fault when the other place disappoints you.
