mobility works sold me a used wheelchair van that had obviously been in a wreck with damage to the drivers side and the door was replaced.I have had problems ever since (side view mirror will not stay in place, door opens too wide ,side view hazard signal keeps blinking ,control panel not working so cannot open windows,warning light tells me oil change needed when one has just been done, drivers seat shifts every time I turn a corner just to name a few. I would not recommend them to anyone .

The worst experience I've ever had dealing with mobility vehicles. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to save yourself a bunch of stress and headache.

They have a great group of employees some things happend with my shipment of parts and carl wiggs felt really bad he offered to service my vehicle in 6 months at a discounted rate because they couldnt find out why the parts didnt get to the shop on time

My salesperson Kim at Ride-Away was so compassionate and supportive. I had no knowledge of selecting or purchasing a handicap van which we needed after my husband was diagnosed with ALS. Kim was just awesome and you felt no sales pressure as you do with other vehicle purchases. She took me gently through every step of the process.
