Look, all I know is my personal experience. I have no clue what these other people are going off about, their complaints don't match up to my recollections. The receptionist staff is super nice and helpful. The lady who deep-cleaned into my gum line and beyond was great, even if she looks a bit like the Yin Yang Killer from Psych.

Mendelsson was never especially rough with me, he just seems a bit like a gruff MLB team manager wanted to try this dentist thing out. He does his job. The dude didn't shoot Cecil... I don't know what all the negative press is for. But that's just my experience.

Awful awful awful!!!

I usually check reviews before making a decision like going to a dentist. OMG I am so sorry that I didn't this time. Due to time constraints and convenience I decided to try this dentist.

Because I have had my final straw this review is a must!

First visit should have given me a clue. They had our appointment times wrong. I purposely made my younger children appointments before mine so that my husband and I could sit with them. The techs acted as if this was an impossible request. They refused at first and then bought in one of the Dentists to tell me the same. After I clearly stated what was going to happen and why they were going to let me sit with my children at the end of that visit I indeed did sit with my children while they got their teeth cleaned. I just rescheduled my and my husband's appointment, big mistake. After my second visit they tried to charge me for the cleaning that was clearly covered under my insurance. Oh yea I forgot to mention that they were supposed to send treatment plans before my visit and had not. Still to this day we have not been emailed or mailed a simple treatment plan. Back to my second visit, after I explained to the receptionist that I never had a cleaning when I came with my kids she says "I'm just telling you what's in front of me". I was completely frustrated at that point. I clearly told her to figure it out, I won't be paying for a visit that is supposed to be covered under my insurance that I already paid for. Our appointments were all back in March and April. Now I've received a bill claiming to be 30days past due for the visits. This is the first mail I've gotten from them EVER!! Looks like I'll be making a phone call tomorrow concerning their scamming ways. They should never expect payment from me NOR ever see my family there EVER AGAIN!!

Sending people to collections for $21.00 wow.... I work as a collector and not many companies will do this much work over this petty amount especially when the balance is 2 1/2 years old. The old office manager assured it was taken care of so i guess not. Funny when you tell them you dont want the treatment because you know for a fact the ins doesn't cover it and they state their technicians never make mistakes. Must be some supreme beings there because Im pretty sure everyone has made a mistake in their career. Well you attempt to send that balance off and Ill see you in court with my collections background your going to have a nice fight on your hands. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PETTY OFFICE!!!!!!!!

Do not go to this dentist's office unless you have a LOT of time to wait. I have been a patient for several years, and I finally wised up and signed out my records at my disastrous appointment last week. I have had to get up and leave, rescheduling the entire appointment at least three times as I had waited for nearly an hour and had other things scheduled in my day. The final straw was last week. After my cleaning, the hygienist said that the doctor would be right in. Thirty minutes later, I was still in the chair with my little bib on, waiting. I finally had to get up and leave without ever seeing a doctor. When I checked out, there were about thirty people in the waiting area, and it looked like barely controlled chaos. I felt awful for the staff behind the desk. A few of them were almost in tears and explained that three or four people hadn't shown up for work that day, including at least one of the doctors. Definitely go elsewhere if you don't have all day to kill.
